1) Scope
1.1 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contracts between avinya Naturkosmetik (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers regarding the goods and/or services presented in the online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1.2 Vouchers
These General Terms and Conditions shall apply accordingly to contracts for the delivery of vouchers, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
1.3 Definition of consumers and entrepreneurs
A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2) Conclusion of contract
2.1 Offer and acceptance
The product descriptions in the seller's online shop merely constitute an invitation to submit an offer. The customer submits a binding offer by completing the order process. The seller can accept this offer within five days by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.
2.2 Order processing and contact
Order processing and contact are generally carried out via email and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the email address provided for order processing is correct.
3) Right of withdrawal

The prices stated in the online shop are total prices including statutory VAT.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. If PayPal is selected as the payment method, the delivery address stored with PayPal will be decisive.

5.3 Voucher delivery
Vouchers are sent to the customer via email.
6) Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales or service contracts involving a consumer.

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
