Shipping costs

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee per order, depending on the country of delivery. The flat shipping fee for Austria is € 6,80 and for Germany € 10,80 per order. For all countries listed below, shipping is free for orders over € 60 (gross).

Delivery times

The start of the delivery period depends on the selected payment method. For advance payment/bank transfer, the delivery period begins one day after receipt of payment. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order is placed. For orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 p.m., the delivery period begins on the same business day if payment is successfully made via instant bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If the start or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the start or end of the period is postponed to the following business day.
