Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order depending on the country of delivery. The flat-rate shipping fee for Austria and Germany is €5.80 per order. For all countries listed below: Free shipping for orders over EUR 50,- (gross).

Delivery Times

The start of the delivery period depends on the chosen payment method. For payment by prepayment/bank transfer, the delivery period begins one day after receipt of payment. For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order. For an order placed Monday to Friday, until 12 noon, the delivery period begins on the same business day if payment is successful via instant bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. If the beginning or end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the beginning or end of the period shifts to the following business day.
